Ninebot G30D: Error Code List

If an error code is generated when flashing your Ninebot, it is of course important to know what this actually means. We have therefore listed here what the respective error codes stand for and how you can fix them - if possible.

In general, all errors are displayed with two digits. Number of Long Signals = First Digit / Number of Short Signals = Second Digit.

Ninebot G30D – error codes and their meaning

10. Something is wrong with the communication between the control board (ESC) and the dashboard (BLE board). You should check the connected cables.

11. Motor A phase current abnormal. Control board should be checked.

12. Motor B phase current abnormal. Control board should be checked.

13. Motor C phase current abnormal. Control board should be checked.

14. There is a gas regulation fault. In this case you should check the throttle grip, dashboard and connected cables.

Here we go to the gas pedal G30D

15. The brake sensor is abnormal. In this case, check the electric brake, dashboard and connected cables, as well as the Hall sensor.

16. Battery change MOS is abnormal. The control board needs to be checked.

17. External battery replacement NOS is abnormal. The control board needs to be checked.

18. Abnormal Motor Hall Sensor. In this case the motor, control board and connected cables must be checked.

19. Abnormal battery voltage. In this case, the battery, control board and connected cables must be checked.

20. The external battery voltage is abnormal. The battery, control board and connected cables must also be checked here.

21. Battery communication failure. The battery, control board and connected cables must also be checked here.

22. Failed battery code. The battery needs to be changed.

23. Battery standard serial number. The battery needs to be changed.

24. Abnormal system voltage test. In this case the battery, external battery and control board must be checked.

26. An error occurred during flashing. The control board needs to be checked.

27. There is a control code error. The control board must be changed.

28. There is a short circuit between the motor driver and the boost bridge.

29. There is a short circuit between the motor driver and the downbridge.

31. Error skipping program. The control board needs to be checked.

35. Device has standard serial number. The control board needs to be checked.

39. Abnormal battery temperature sensor. The battery needs to be changed.
