Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We only deliver within Germany and the EU.

Shipping time is 2-3 days

Delivery time is 5 days

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of EUR 2.99 for delivery within Germany and EUR 19.99 within the EU. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The flat-rate shipping fee within Germany is EUR 2.99 and EU-wide EUR 19.99. The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value-added tax. Since VAT is calculated on the flat-rate shipping fee depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, only decreased in your favour.

Delivery is via DHL unless otherwise agreed with the buyer / customer.
